Accepting SWAP payments through your SWAP Code gives you a fast, cost-effective and secure payment channel that makes it easy for your customers to pay.

Convenience –
As a registered SWAP Merchant you’ll have your own SWAP Code. It allows you to offer your customers the convenience of a truly mobile payment system, one that enables them to pay you directly from their cellphones wherever they are and at any time. Customers dial your SWAP Code to make payments from SWAP’s debit facility or from their existing credit cards. As a SWAP Merchant, you don’t need additional equipment or a credit card pay point.

Monthly fees –
Once off  SWAP merchant code setup and activation fee of R35.00.

Real-time notifications –
Every time a customer makes a payment, you ’ll receive an electronic notification – choose from SMS, e-mail or fax.

Control –
Payment transfers to your bank account are secure and take place in batches. You use the online SWAP Merchant Web Console to set the batch transfer schedule to daily, weekly or monthly, according to your individual requirements and to generate statements at any time.

A communication tool –
When your customers dial your SWAP Code, they’ll be taken to your payment screen. The payment screen is a text-based menu system that displays information about your business – such as contact details, news and specials – and offers your customers a Make a payment option.
