The SWAP Merchant Console

You manage your SWAP Merchant account online by logging into the Merchant Console from the main page of the SWAP website.

The Merchant Console is a virtual online control panel where you can:

• Update your contact details, news and information about your business.
• Define and request real-time and history statements.
• Apply for an additional SWAP Code.
• Change payment notification options.

Apply online for registration as a SWAP Merchant. As an active SWAP Merchant with your own SWAP Code, you’ll have full access to the Merchant Web Console.

The SWAP Customer Care Centre at 0861 117 927 is also available Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm and on Saturdays from 8.00am to 1.00pm to render any assistance you may need.
