The SWAP Code menu

Customers dial your SWAP Code to reach your payment screen that is customised with your business name. The payment screen consists of a standard SWAP Code menu – a text-based menu that allows your customers to perform transactions and look up your business information.

On the menu, customers are invited to Make a payment to you, to select Info to read news about your business or view your contact details. The SWAP option on your menu allows your customers to manage their SWAP Wallets.

The info section on your menu can be customised. The content you place there is up to you – you might share news, product specials or share any business information.

It’s easy to keep your business info fresh and up-to-date. As a SWAP Merchant you will be able to log into the SWAP Web Console to make changes online. The information will become instantly available to customers when they dial your SWAP Code.
