SWAP Codes
A SWAP Code is a unique number allocated to any business that accepts payments through SWAP.
A SWAP Code looks like this:
|
| |
This part of the SWAP Code represents SWAP and your SWAP Wallet. *130*1313# is also the SWAP Direct Code. It’s what you dial when you want to go straight to the SWAP menu to manage your Wallet. |
|
The last six digits identify the business you want pay. You’ll dial the full 17 characters to reach the business’s payment screen. |
(Whether you dial the SWAP Direct Code or a business SWAP Code
the final character is always #) |
Save SWAP Codes to your cellphone contact list just like phone numbers. Find a list of SWAP Codes at search for a SWAP Code or contact the SWAP Call Centre on 0861 117 927.
When you dial a business’s SWAP Code, you’ll reach a payment screen belonging to that business. (The payment screen always identifies the business it belongs to.) There, you’ll find a menu that will let you navigate you through the SWAP system. You can make your payment, look up the business’s contact details or read any news or specials they’ve placed. Under SWAP on any SWAP Code menu, you’ll always be able to look up and work with your own SWAP Wallet.
The technology that SWAP uses may be new to you. When you dial a SWAP Code, always press Answer or Reply first, then key in your response and press Send or OK.
